forty4.co is run by Forty4 Consulting, the independent consulting practice of Joshua Bauder. The articles and pages are for general information. They are not professional advice for your situation, and reading them does not make you a client.

You are welcome to read, link to, and quote short passages with credit. Please do not republish whole articles without asking.

Forty4 HQ

Forty4 HQ is a private system I built to run my own practice: client records, contracts, time tracking, and invoicing. Only I use it. It is not sold, licensed, or offered to anyone else, and no one else can create an account.

Forty4 HQ connects to my own QuickBooks Online company to create the invoices I approve, track payments, and record receipts for expenses I paid personally. It is used only with my company's data.

Client work itself is covered by the agreement I sign with each client, not by these terms.

Intuit is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for Forty4 HQ. QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc.

No warranty

The site and Forty4 HQ are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss that comes from using the site.

Privacy

How the site and Forty4 HQ handle personal information, including QuickBooks data, is described in the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
